''Moraxella catarrhalis is a newly emerging pathogenic bacterium that is involved in ear pain and sinusitis in children as well as lower respiratory tract infections in adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Findings shows that 90% of clinical isolates are antibiotic resistant. I am using Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy, X-ray Diffraction and Small Angle X-ray Scattering technique to determine the structure of the protein.''
