Mass spectrometry small molecules - week 47

Course description
This course gives theoretical and practical knowledge on how mass spectrometry can be used in qualitative and quantitative analyses of small molecules. Mass spectrometres with different designs and their advantages and shortcomings in different applications will be covered. We will pay great attention to data interpretation. Practical parts include analysis of own or supplied samples by chromatography and mass spectrometry, with subsequent data analysis and identification of sample components.
