We belong to the Center for Molecular Protein Science (CMPS), located at Kemicentrum (Lund University's Center for Chemistry and Chemical Engineering).
We teach Physical Chemistry and Biophysical Chemistry courses at basic and advanced levels to students enrolled in the Master of Science programs in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Engineering Mathematics.
Our research interests range from liquid-state physics and nuclear spin relaxation theory to fundamental and applied problems in the life sciences. The aim of many of our research projects is to understand the interactions and dynamics of proteins. We use and develop a variety of biophysical tools, in particular nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) relaxation techniques.
