Interested in doing your diploma work (examensarbete) in our lab?

The work pursued in our lab is interdisciplinary in nature, spanning the areas from bio-inorganic- and medicinal chemistry to biochemistry and medicine – all with a focus on nucleic acids as targets for anticancer active drugs.  Depending on your own background, a diploma work can thus be outlined to take both your current theoretical and practical knowledge into account, but also provide challenges by including neighbouring disciplines. We have currently a particular need for co-workers with a background in molecular biology and biochemistry, for work with siRNA design and drug test in human cell lines. However, a genuine interest in the area of research is perhaps the most important factor!
